For all fans and supporters of the Holstein breed in the whole SANAGRO group we have great information. A new - historical record for lifetime milk yield has been achieved:
Holstein cow, which we called Kristina for the purposes of media coverage 😊 is our champion. She has exceeded the lifetime milk yield of 150,000kg.
Born 4/4/2006, currently on 14 lactations.
She gave 15 calves 8 heifers and 7 bulls. She has a lifetime of trouble-free reproduction and her average intercalving period is 387 days.
Her best lactation in 2012 was 5 lactations at 14,170kg.
She has been in excellent health all her life and has only had mastitis twice.
Currently she has milked over 151,000 kg of milk, is admitted and currently milking : 36l per day.
