Job description, powers and responsibilities
- Ensures, manages and organises the work and staff in the field of crop production.
- It determines and ensures technological procedures in soil preparation, cultivation, treatment, protection and harvesting of agricultural crops.
- Ensures the proper storage and treatment of warehouse production of crop production.
- It draws up crop rotation plans in terms of efficient crop rotation.
- Ensures compliance of the employer's operations and activities with the records in the information system.
- Responsible for the observance of agrotechnical deadlines, for the quality of work in crop production with the efficient use of mechanization.
- It keeps records of applied chemical protective agents and fertilizers, records of agrotechnical works in terms of territorial division.
- Processes work reports of supervised employees for the purpose of payroll processing, checks the quantity and quality of employee work, evaluates work performance for pay purposes.
- You provide expert advice and assistance in solving crop problems.
